table.Desires!I must say, i have plenty.While i was in prison, i sat on my bed
one day and said,"What do you want to do with yourself? "That question played
drums in my head.I was stuck!I really didn't think about it. (Keep in mind, this
guy had did 15yrs and had to do 3 more). "I'm bless!I got a story to tell and a
beautiful woman on the outside helping me tell it.I write books!And i got a $25,
000 offer for just one of my books already! (Keep in mind, this guy had written

next. Day 2 didn't work for me either, please don't recomend drugs for
depression they don't work, look at your diet, get some good quality exercise,
lay off drinking, make sure you get a full nutrition, make sure you take time to
rest properly after exercise, be honest with yourself, if someone has
expectations of you that you cannot forefill or don't want to, tell them, open
your mouth say so or say no, don't worry they will find some other mug that has
more time or do it themselves, take action, be strong, do something small that
you know you can do, give yourself a pat on the back try something else, you can
do it, good luck. I also had a problem with day 2.But i disagree with you about
drugs and depression.You are right about the diet and exercise, etc, but if you
have real, clinical depression it may make some difference but will not stop it
overall.Getting the right combination of meds is an art as much as a science.Be
clear with your doc if the meds aren't doing what they are supposed to.If the
